Grow sales through individual and team initiatives, local clientele development, marketing collaborations, and personalized services. Follow scheduling, sales goals, inventory, deposits and accounting procedures. Act with integrity, honesty and trust. Operate and execute brand standards and guidelines. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well merchandised store. Develop and foster a Team Work environment. Track and identify trends for suggesting strategic recommendations for growth and development. Use analytical skills to read and develop data. Learn, understand and recommend product strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. Handle and rectify any service or product inconsistencies with confidence. Be receptive to continuous feedback, encouragement, product knowledge, and task accountability.
